I was on mercury magazines and I was wondering if anyone knew of a website with the answers to give on the surveys to get certain magazines?

www.surveyspot.com seems to be an ok one, you get some surveys that send you free products, etc. Plus make a couple dollars here, and there. You dont make much, but you can get something. My cousin uses it he told me to sign up, I just might.

Most online survey sites are scams. Never ever pay to join a survey site. There are legitimate survey sites out there, however you will usually only be able to make around 10-15 dollars a month per site (and that is a good month). The truth is, there is no one out there that is willing to pay you a lot of money for filling out surveys all day.

Hi, real paid online surveys are always FREE to do, no fees whatsoever. The ones want your credit cards numbers are NOT surveys, they are paid offers. Paid surveys are conducted by market research and paid survey companies, they pay YOU for YOUR opinion.

And another tidbit, I always got those surveys when downloading NES games for Nestopia (To play old nintendo games on the computer) I used www.theoldcomputer.com and clicked games on the left. Theres a popup when you first go there but other than that theres nothing, i havent been there in about 2 months but thats what i know :)

All the sites except for the last one pay you in cash. It ranges from $1 - $10 per survey. The longer the survey, the higher the reward. Testspin provides points per survey which you can redeem for gift certificates. I been with these sites for awhile and you don't earn a lot but its good to have extra cash on hand for emergencies, outings, etc.

It is the only absolutely free one I have found. They do not charge you to sign up, and they occasionally pay a bonus or enter you in a drawing.

Most of the other sites are flooded with people trying to make a fast buck, and the companies paying for the survey are getting a bad deal. Some are outright scams, or have such a high payout that you will never see the money.

I've spent hours searching for a legit work at home businesses and even a non-free legit survey taking "job".I've done company affiliate programs in the past and didn't make a dime.Now i know nobody can make a huge amounts of money working online and become rich.I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with a home based thing who actually made some amount of money from the time you invested into it.So if you have please give me a bit of info about it

I’m a stay at home mom of two little girls a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I work about 15-18 hours per week for a National Medical Benefits Company. When I first started I just felt very safe with them…. that and my friend was already making so much money with them! But at this point I feel a sense of security financially that our family has never had before. That plus LOVING what you do? What could be better?

If you are looking for a JOB there should be no cost involved and I would NEVER pay or encourage anyone to pay money to work for someone else. This is a business, a very inexpensive home business of your own; where you are your own boss. Of course it does cost some money to start any home business but that does NOT mean you have to pay hundreds or even thousands. Our start up costs are less then $100 bucks and we get SO much for that. Each month we cover only a very small portion of what it really costs to run our businesses, the company pays the rest for us. Including all of our web sites, training, materials, 401k, direct deposit, back office support, bookkeeping, accounting, medical benefits and more. This wonderful company basically makes it possible for you to own your own home business and they foot almost 100% of the bill!!! I’ve never come across another company in my three years of researching work from home businesses that foots almost our entire cost of doing business! Without them I never would have been able to afford my own business!

The problem with these programs is that one can go in a million different directions once the price has been paid and getting a sense of direction is difficult. The good thing about it is that it tells you of many sources of products one can sell on eBay, either thru dropshipping or simply on an item-ty-item basis with or without dropshipping. It's amazing the number of product sources that don't easily appear at the top of search engines simply because they rely more on referrals from sources such as merchandise directories than by doing any direct marketing of their own. Some of these sources require someone to be a bona fide business, with Tax ID and all. But MANY DO NOT! Those are the ones I've been quite interested in. There are so many sources that the problem becomes what to choose to sell. Anyway, these sources work well with eBay or via an e-commerce website you could set up. It's working for me. I'm sure it can work for others as well. So the program works in terms of producing the kinds of results for which it is designed. Whether it's a money maker from actually being sold as an affiliate product remains to be seen. But I think the prospects are good.

Very few real companies are going to hire a stranger to do work for them with no training or supervision. Most people who work from home either work for themselves, or have worked for a company for many years, and then had a personal situation arise that caused them to need to work from home. If they were trusted long-term employees, and if their jobs could be done remotely, the companies made accommodations.

If you want to earn money, you will have to get a real job. You can't earn a living answering surveys (which really just collect info on you!) on the Internet. No company is going to pay good money for that when they can simply provide a survey link on their receipts and get ACTUAL CUSTOMERS to tell them what they thought of their services or products (for free!).

Now on to survey. I decided to try this. Over one month and still not enough points to cash or (on one site) money to claim for payment. I have joined over 15 sites. I used a disposable e-mail.

Reply:I can recommend the website that I use below. It is free and it lists all the survey companies that you qualify for according to your location, so it makes it really easy for you.

I think that most of them have a payout option available for paypal, but you will need to check each one, as some might not have this option.

you can go to sites like pampers.com, huggies.com, similac.com, emfamil.com, ect....and sign up there - they give lots of free samples/coupons and put you on an e-mail list with lots of fun/helpful newsletters, and the opportunity to sign up for "diaper sweepstakes" to win diapers for a year, and that sort of thing. craigslist is also good, and baby showers will certainly bring lots of clothes and much-needed supplies.

Reply:Sites don't give away things for free. How would they make money like that? Try and go to the thrift store and pick up some stuff for her there. A lot of it is almost free. Sometimes you can get in touch with planned parenthood (or a similar organization) and they might be able to give you some baby stuff if you are in need of it.
Reply:i take it you are low on money, then perhaps you should go to your church and ask if they have a way to help with baby things. some hospitals will help you aswell. when your mom delivers she can tell them that she doesnt have the basics and they will direct her to various charities. also try looking into garage sales and then washing everything. it's not free but life isnt free sweetie. i'm not trying to be rude, but it's life. alot of things arent free. also perhaps now is the time to have a baby shower. good luck to your mom.

If you really want a Wii, just buy it. I know they're hard to find, so you may have to settle for a higher priced bundle offer until they come more readily in stock.

There are free survey sites that do pay out without all the crud in your inbox. You have to choose wisely though, and read the fine print. I've been through alot of survey programs, but the two I'm happy with and still have accounts with are www.surveyspot.com (you have to have the www.) and globaltestmarket.com

surveyspot has paid me around $200 in the past year, each survey ranging from $3 to $7. And they have good customer service - they respond to your emails quite quickly. The only downfall is that if you start a survey but don't complete it, you don't even get a partial reward, but you get to "enter the monthly drawing" woohoo....

Global test market uses a points system, each point being worth 5 cents and the completed surveys range from 25 - 200 points. However, unlike surveyspot, if you don't complete a survey they will still give you 5 points just for trying. So even if you never complete a survey, you can still earn money for your time. The only downfall at this site is that you have to earn 1000 points in order to request payment.

And the only other downfall of both sites is that some of the surveys can be really long and boring, requiring alot of reading.

i found it recently after doing research and seperating the scammers from the legit sites.

They actually even have TV commerials. They update your account in realtime, you just have to take surveys. They're quick and they tell you before hand how much each one is worth.

They also have a forum so you can definately talk to other members and on top of that if you recruit others you get money for their efforts. Sweet deal right? :)

I have to agree with the above response - unfortunately if it sounds too good to be true, than it probably is.

Websites that offer you massive rewards for barely any work are usually run by marketing companies or affiliate marketers. Basically they get you to buy a product, sign up for offers, etc. which they make money on, and then promise to reward you with a fantastic prize for your efforts. The problem is, very few people actually receive their prize.

The reasons why most people who fill out the offer do not get their prize are multiple, but they include rules (read the rules and you may realize you do not even qualify to receive the reward), fly-by-night-operation (the website is here today, gone tomorrow), or you can follow all the steps that you need to in order to obtain your prize and they simply never mail it to you. Are you willing to sue somebody over an ipod, or a couple hundred dollars worth of airline tickets?

Online surveys have a bad rap on the internet, however there are many legitimate companies out there. These companies will not however award you with airline tickets, ipods, or laptops for your opinions - they will instead give you cash, prize draws or other merchandise instead. It's something worth looking into if you genuinely are interested in getting "free stuff" or making a bit of extra money on the side.

Don't believe the hype you may have read from companies trying to sell you a list of market research companies. Most people will rarely earn more than $100-$200 a month just by completing surveys. It is not an alternative to employment, especially as most researchers are looking for the opinions of employed and self-employed people.

The only way you can considerably increase your income is by referring others as some of these market research companies will pay you a dollar or two for each referral and some pay for every survey your referrals complete.

Take a look at one of the free survey directories like http://www.whichsurveys.com that list hundreds of market research companies looking for panelists, sorted by country. You'll find several pages of companies specifically looking for Canadian residents.

Never join any sites that require a sign up fee as they are almost always scams.

I have been taking paid surveys for nearly a year now, it takes me around 10 minutes every second day, and I make about $80 - $100 a month which isn't bad for the amount of time it takes me.

My favourite sites are: Nielson Net Ratings, NPD, Ipsos and Cashcrate.

I belong to a few online surveys sites, I avoided the ones that pay you in prizes/gifts or points etc.Main reason, sometimes the prize is free but the postage isn't...So I just do surveys for extra money. on a free 1,000.00 dollar card for babyrus i had to go throu a survey which I did and didn't want anything then I had to order 1 thing to get the card so I ordered the disney books which I was charged for twice on my card and still haven't received the books or the babiesrus card. so where is the justice in that I think if something is free it should be free and you shouldn't have to order something else to get it.Even if u have to go through and tell them you are not interested you should get what you are promised.

Theres no such thing as a free meal.. it sucks but the internet while it can be wonderful, sucks. Some companies will say anything to waste your time and get your personal information. My standard rule is not to give any information unless it is for a product, service, or information I have requested. So you must have found by now that most paid survey sites are a scam!

It doesn't take long to discover that most work at home online schemes or paid survey sites are just trying to rip you off or steal your personal information.

Most sites aren't regulated and have shady privacy policies that allow them to sell your information or at the very least, spam your inbox day and night.

I've been completing surveys online for years now and I'll have to admit it was difficult finding good survey sites that would actually pay.

After a lot of search I put together http://www.surveysthatpaid.com to help people who don't know where to find legitimate paid survey sites they can join for free.

I get between 3-4 surveys a week from the 9 sites I have listed and make from $20-$125 for each survey I complete.

I've been to sites like GreenField.com and SurveyClub.com. The majority of the sites I've seen are free and don't ask for a start up fee or an upgrade fee. However, some of them offer ridiculous payments like $5-$75 a survey or up to $100/hr. just to answer questions. I know those are most likely scams to get my information. So what else should I look out for to make sure these sites aren't scams? Does anyone know of sites that you, or someone you know, has already joined with and found great success?

There are several sites. Do not give anyone your SSN there are lots of sites out there that are legit and they do not need this info from you. Nor do you have to pay to join. I am a member of several. The one I have had the most luck with is Lightspeed. They do not pay you cash you get points which can be converted into cash via pay pal. However, they send me the most surveys. And already twice now I have been asked to participate in a more extensive survey in which I was sent a palm pilot in the mail and asked to record certain daily activities. The ones I have completed offered a $50 incentive and that was in the form of a check in addition to the points I received for completing the initial survey. I have also done survey savy which has a great referral program if you know people who will join you get money for surveys they complete. I have also tried American Consumer Opinion. They pay by check in mail for all surveys, but I have not been able to complete many of their surveys. I did a lot of research before joining these three. You also need to be a regular email checker because if you don't respond to the survey fast enough they have met their quota.

It depends on the site. Some sites will offer "free" stuff but you actually have to complete offers (buy stuff) in order to get the free prize. I have found one site that gives you a $10 free debit card. You just have to sign up for a free account and then they send you the money. Totally legit and no offers to complete. www.Free-Prepaid-Debit-Card.com You have to be a US resident though.

3. 6/10 because sometimes im on my lunch break and dont have time for anything else and sometimes i just want to take it and eat in the privacy of my own home in my jammies. and pretty much the only time i dont use the drive thru is when someones with me.

Okay here is how it works... you o to thesite and fulfill offers. When you fulfill offers the site gets some money per each offe completed. When the site makes enough money that it can pay itself from you completing offers, the site then takes a cut of the earning and uses it to buy whatever it is that it incents you . The truth is though, these deals are a waste of time. Any company that would deal in such a shady business is probably not trust worthy.

Free samples are a different story however.

You know those "Free Gift Card" offers or those "Free Software" offers that they say you recieve when you fill out their survey questionnaires. I tried doing one of those one time and it took me a couple of hours to get through a lot of the surveys before I got tired and quiet. Then, all I recieved were a bunch of spam email advertisements from a bunch of different companies. Has anyone ever gotten through one of those things and really recieved the free offer?

No, I've never gone through with them because they always ask for other people's e-mail addresses, and I'm not willing to do that to my friends.

I do belong to a couple of survey/research websites that give you points for filling out the occasional questionnaire though. And you can get money and stuff from those. Try doing a Google search for Lightspeed Panel. :)

Although this took me about a Year - 2 Years to have done enough surveys for this. I always see oppotunities to receive laptops and other products by completing surveys. I tried a couple of times but, the surveys just seem to ask an unlimited number of questions, with no end in site. I would'nt mind completing the survey if I only knew that I really would recieve a laptop and I had some ideal of how long it would take to complete.

I would appreciate it if someone could share their experice with these type of surveys. What was the quality like? Was it so poor that I should not even waste my time?

Reply:i got a vaio for taking a survey. the day i got it, it was going for 999.99 on the best buy site. it wasn't anything special, but it's ok. nicest portable dvd player i've ever seen. i got it a couple years ago, so i forget what the site was, but there were other "promos" you had to paticipate in. it was a "catch" of sorts. but i bet i didn't spend more than fifty bucks total.

if you choose to do something like this, READ!!! everything. if you do not understand it, don't do it! ignorance of their terms and conditions, will not help you if you get scammed.

I've listed most of the sites I have taken surveys through and actually been paid (or received other rewards like gift cards or CD'S) on the following webpage:

I list how they pay you, what I like and dislike about them, whether they have an affiliate or referral program, etc. (And yes, if I say they have an affiliate program, I'm part of it, and make a commission when someone signs up through that link...I like to be up front about that).

As you're searching, here are some tips to avoid scams. Don't sign up for any survey site which asks you to pay to access the surveys. Also watch for language like "get paid for taking surveys AND SIGNING UP FOR OFFERS" if you don't want to have to sign up for stuff with other companies to get paid.

Always carefully read their terms of service and privacy policy. If in their privacy policy they say they only use aggregated info, this is GOOD SIGN they are legit. Aggregated info information that is grouped together so it can't be connected with anyones personal identification like name, e-mail, phone or address. That's what survey sites SHOULD collect. Avoid sites that say they give, rent, or sell any personal information (info that is not aggregated) to third parties (unless you really don't mind getting junk mail, telemarketing calls, and spam).

Also, never sign up for a survey through an unsolicited e-mail--since these might not even be from the site they claim to be, but could be a phishing scheme to get your information and mis-use it.

I just started selling AVON and my main goal is to work on my own terms and never have to go back to work for someone 8 to 5 and I would really love to be able to supplement my income by working from home but again under my own terms. Treasuretroopers does actually work. With a week of working on and off i gradually accumulated 25 dollars and it was sent to my door. You can also earn coins and purchase other special prizes with those coins.

Has anyone had luck through personal experience with a particular website- I am a student so time is very valuable to me, and if a survey comes out to $1/hour I'd rather not waste my time. Or if my private info is at risk, no way. I have no time to apply for scholarships and write essays and my job doesnt pay enough...are there other easy and quick ways a student can make money? (Stripping is NOT an option)

The rule, as always, is to stay away from those that ask you to pay before you can get these surveys.

Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.

Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

Reply:Well...ACOP (American Consumer Opinion) and Esearch both usually have surveys paying $5 or more. Most surveys take about 20 minutes (if they pay more than $5 they are usually longer surveys).. You may only qualify for one or two a month, if that, though (Esearch sends one every several months--and you may not qualify for it).

Your2Cents and Oppinion Outpost usually pay between $1-5 per survey (which are usually around 20 minutes).

First of all the sites listed above in abother answer are low paying survey sites.

You have to find the good ones.I just got a $350.00 survey ,$75.00 and 125.00 surveys with in the past week.

That is not nearly all the surveys but the bigger paying ones.

The only reason I make a good amount every month is because I have signes up to over 200 hundred sites.

I still do the little easy sites like inboxdollars ans sendearnings oh yes and surveyspot but they don't pay like the better places.

Hagen/Sinclair Research Recruiting.com - this is a great site for big money surveys.

This is the $350.00 dollar one i just got.

Don't be cheap. If you want Wii Points so bad use yourCredit Card on the Wii or go to your local Gamestore. $1 for 100 points on Wii $20 at gamestore for 2000. lowest cost games are 500 points.

Does anyone know of any survey sites where you don't have to pay the site to take their surveys? Or does anyone know of some work at home site that is legit, will work for a college student, and isnt going to ask you to pay them to work for them?

I keep getting all these emails from sites saying make money by taking surveys, etc. Yeah if you pay them first, then there is no telling if you'll ever see that money again. So some kind of free survey site or something that will actually pay for opinions.

Job opportunities in my state are rather dry without four year degrees.

Theres a lot of "free survey" sites out there most of them work on a point system and it takes a ridiculously long time to earn any cash. You could spend 50+ hours taking surveys to earn a lousy $10. Here are a few that I find do actually give you surveys for cash.

Each of thses sites work a little differently. Mindfeild is a product testing site. They haven't ever paid me but I do get quite a few products to test from them. And I get to keep those products.

Myveiw pays $2 per survey. They pay through paypal and regularly. Its the site ive made the most cash from so far.

Greenfield only occasionally pays cash. They will state that the survey pays cash when they send it. Most surveys they send out reward you with a contest entry. They are slow to pay.

Pinecone is a hard one to get signed up with. You have to find a recruiting banner and follow the link to sign up. Its not easy to find one but if you do they pay $5 per survey and they pay regularly and they pay fast.

Be forewarned these bring in a little bit of extra income but they will not earn you a living.

If you are artistic at all, or can think of some funny sayings to put on t-shirts and mugs and stuff, another free business you can do from home is selling your designs at places like www.cafepress.com or www.printfection.com . (You can probably use Adobe photoshop at your college for free--so you have that going for you). It's fairly easy to set up--but if you really want to succeed it takes a lot of work and commitment. It can take 6 months to a year for your first sale (or not...sometimes less...sometimes a design becomes popular and you sell a lot right away--you never know). But I do know people who make a full time living doing that.

Oh No!!! Don't ever do that, when you do you are allowing the site to set up cookies to your Email account you never get rid of. It is spam in the worst way. Yeah like others said, you can go to your county courthouse and look up the plat for your property. Many times you will have to pay a dollar to 15 dollars for a copy of the plat. If your just wondering where your property lines are then that will be all you need. The actual survey will have the house and other flatwork/improvements, in addition to the distances.

Too bad you didn't live in the ft. worth are I'd just come out and find your property pins(or bois d'arc in the probable case of your lot) in exchange for a case of beer....

I want to open a business where I would sell all-natural products for health, beauty, household, and pain management, as well as other things related to herbalism, aromatherapy and other natural health products. I have tested my recipes myself, and family has tested them for me, but I would like to get a table at a health and wellness fair to give surveys about my future business and to give out free samples with my name and number for people to try. I'm trying to find out about any legal preparations I need to make. I don't have a registered business name or anything, I just want to do some research to prepare myself a bit more before I continue on with the process of opening a small business. Any advice would be really appreciated.

I have to much to do because I offer medical information as well as consultations to people in need of my services. You also may want to try nolo law they are a self help legal site. Make a disclaimer stating that you are not a doctor and that you do not claim that these products can cure anything. That will protect you from someone trying to sue you. It is hard to find a good site to make money. There are alot of scams out there. I found doing surveys are the best way of money making. But I found a site that pays me to sign up for sites that pay me to take surveys. Can't miss that. I am putting a page together of internet interest and I have money making sites listed. I and friends have already been paid by these sites, so I know they are safe and legit.

I'm looking for a legit site that pays at least $2 to $5 for each survey I do. I know I'm not going to get rich doing this but I just want to make a few easy bucks. Real sites not scams,and free to take surveys,and give me one that has a lot of surveys to fill out,not just a few. I want one with a lot to do. Thanks.

Reply:I am a skeptic when it comes to paid surveys and 'get paid to complete offer' sites, BUT honestly many of them are legit and have enabled me to generate a great amount of extra money. On one site, you can find actual photos of checks people have gotten from the site. On my favorite site that I use, the total payment cashout reached six figures ($100,000) for the month of May!! The most important thing is to never get discouraged if you start out slow. Those $1-$5 surveys will add up over time, and doing them from more than one site at a time really increases your income. My first week using three of these survey sites, combined, I made over $60 dollars without even touching a credit card, so they really do pay. Depending on the amount of time you can dedicate to the websites, you can make so much more. PS: The survey panel thats hard to get onto is Pinecone Research because you have to find a flashing banner and click it to get to the sign up form, but if you can manage that, you get $5 per survey. Anyway try some of the ones above. They are free and easy to get started.

Its been my experience that very few of them pay any real money. There was one site I used to do them on and I would get a check for $20 maybe twice a year. That was such a small amount of money that I've forgotten the name of the site.

You're much better off signing up with real market research companies in your area, where you go to a location and do a focus group. You'll only get called a couple of times a year but generally will make about $100 for a couple of hours of your time.

Reply:My boyfriend signed up to do online surveys, and they do work. The problem he had is that often times you had to take an evaluation to see if you are even qualified for that survey. So you have to take time just to see if they want you to fill out the survey, and a majority of the time you can't.

If you want to give it a try, make sure sign up with legitimate paid survey sites (since there are many scams out there). Check out one of the good and free paid survey directory sites such as http://www.mysurvey123.com (this is the one I use), they have free lists of legit survey sites, articles of guide and advice, and paid survey reviews and ratings.
Reply:National Family Opinion is a company that has been around as long as I have. I remember my mom getting stuff in the mail to try out and we would do surveys on them (laundry soap, cigarettes, tooth paste). Now they do online surveys and you earn so many points for each one. Those points can be redeemed for cash or prizes.

It takes a while to earn money with them, but it's fun and the surveys usually only take a few minutes. I've tested laundry soap for them once, and it was a blast!
Reply:I've used mindfield.com, opinionoutpost.com and surveyspot.com for about a year. I think I made a total of $50 during that time. If you've got the free time and you check often for surveys that you qualify for, you can make some money, but I don't think tons. The three I mentioned were reliable and paid me when I asked for payment. I think personal recommendations are the best way to find good sites, so asking here is probably your best bet. I tried a lot of crappy ones before finding these three.

Like the guy above me, I got a free 60gb iPod (video) for just doing a 2-week free trial at blockbuster.com online, and then referring 8 friends to do the same. The hardest part of the whole deal is convincing your friends that it's not a scam. Everyone thinks these offers are a scam, until the free stuff shows up on their door step!

I have been in the coffee industry for the past 6 years. Im not sure if im in the right path and im looking for a tool that can help me figure out which carreer, job or industry can most accomodate my strenghts. There are more lower class consumers. They make the cheapest TV they can make so that everyone can buy one, we buy their crap, and they get richer. The government is afraid of the market in the sense that they don't know how to aproach this handful of BIG companies, without them getting touchy and gettign in a legal battle, the companies can "afford" and forcing their hand into D.C., by way of their lobbyists, to "convince" senators to pass bills in their favor. The words "war profiteer" come to mind. Still CEOs get richer than the president himself. If the president had no military command he would just be a public service figure. About this war, sadly, we need the oil. If we run out before other countries, we couldn't fly our bombers to protect ourselves

Check out my blog and it will give you more information and my link to cashcrate, and you can then start making money! Well, you can usually get a 30 day evaluation disk from AutoCad. TDS out of Oregon offers a similiar 30 day trial. They also offer an unlimited 'crippleware' program (you can not save your product).

After the 30 days, tho it gets expensive.

BUT.. conversely,

AutoCad is pretty much the industry standard for standard Civil / Survey packages designed for desktops. You may be able to find someone that is selling their license.. much cheaper that way since you only have to pay for updates

TDS is ok. but not as powerful or with as many bells and whistles

and, in the long run.. especially with free programs, you get what you pay for.

It might be that you are simply entered into a contest if you answer the survey, where one winner gets a laptop.

More than likely, it is one of these marketing services that claims you are getting something for free based on "participation". Participation consists of buying certain products or signing up for certain services which cost money. Supposedly, if you participate in the required number of "offers", they will send you the free gift. I have heard people that actually received Plasma TVs by doing this. I have also heard of people that bought a bunch of stuff they didn't need, thought they had met all the requirements, but never received their free gift or were told that they hadn't met all of the requirements. You could easily spend as much or more money fulfilling the participation requirements as you would spend just to buy the free gift. If you need the products and services required to meet the participation requirements, it might be a good deal as at least you stand the chance of getting something extra for free for buying stuff you would have bought anyway.

Reply:There are plenty of opportunities for those living in the UK to do internet surveys. I don't know much about postal surveys in the UK, so I won't say much about that, other than that they are slowly becoming obsolete.

Make sure that before you sign up with any online survey company, they at least have a privacy policy listed on their website so that you understand how they are using your personal information. Just a heads up - it's not normally a problem.

What I know about the UK is that out where you are, online surveys tend more to be for cash, and the payouts are normally higher than would they would be in the US or Canada, so congrats!

www.bravenet.com has surveys you can set up for free. http://www.misterpoll.com/ also has free surveys (there have been some objectionable ads on Mrpoll before though). I'm not sure if either of these would meet your requirements. If you need just basic answers, they might do. If you need things like "How many people who answered yes to question 1 answered no to question 5?" they won't be able to do that.
