I got 2 free movie tickets from a survey I took on the army national guard and I was wondering if I use them.

Does that mean I have to join them? My parents are worried if I use them, they will recruit me into the army. They already called my phone but I missed the call so I cannot ask them until they call again.

Thanks,

Kevin.

No. You can use them without having to join.
Reply:Yes, if you see a movie, you are automatically enlisted. Better make sure you pick a good one. Serious?

It is a volunteer army these days, and you have to sign like 1000 papers before its official. They will try to recruit you, but do what you feel is best for you. If the army is for you, raise your hand and join, if not, thats cool too. Im assuming you are old enough to make your own choices.
Reply:no... you don't have to join for using the movie tickets... the tickets were for taking the survey... you took the survey now use the tickets. All taking the survey did was give them your information so that they can call you and try to recruit you... tell you all the things the national guard has to offer you. But you are under no obligation to join, or even talk to them over the phone... you got your tickets and now you done.
Reply:If they're free, then you're under no obligation to do anything other than take the survey.
Reply:Use them, they are yours. When you filled out the survey, I'm sure you left your phone number. They will call you to try to get you to come in and talk with them about joining since you filled out the survery. But those tickets are yours, free and clear. You don't have to join to use them.

Enjoy your movie!!
