I need to conduct a survey for a class. Are there any free online survey wizards that I can use for this?

www.bravenet.com has surveys you can set up for free. http://www.misterpoll.com/ also has free surveys (there have been some objectionable ads on Mrpoll before though). I'm not sure if either of these would meet your requirements. If you need just basic answers, they might do. If you need things like "How many people who answered yes to question 1 answered no to question 5?" they won't be able to do that.
