I'm using a free statpac survey. I enabled setting a cookie that blocks multiple votes from the same computer. Question is, how do I still let them view the results? I don't want them to be able to view the results until after they vote, but once they've voted they should always be able to see the results.
Is there another free service that can do this for me? Thanks.

Your algorithm goes if (a vote or a cookie) then show results.
